Topics of exam will only include: Getting Started with Pendo, Tagging, Segments, Guides, NPS, and Analytics.
The Pendo Essentials certification exam provides you an opportunity to demonstrate you have a solid grasp of the fundamentals. When you pass, you’ll receive a “Pendo Essentials Certified” badge to post on LinkedIn, add to your email signature and share with your social network. If you’re new to Pendo, we highly recommend you complete the courses in Pendo Academy before taking the exam. If you’re an experienced user, feel free to dive right in!
Exam specifics:
- The test has 45 questions, is timed but not proctored. You have 90 minutes to complete it.
- A score of 75% is required to pass.
- If you score less than 75%, you can retake the exam after 14 days. (Two tries are included with your $100 fee.)
